I think the tinder selection in my town are about 70-80% wins.
Some people like to hate on Tinder, or online dating in general, but like it, it is considering the times we live in, an appropriate way to meet people

It's been in the high 20s (C, do your own conversion) in Stockholm for the past few weeks if that's any consolation. In the winter, not so much.

Well my dad and I HAVE been talking about taking a trip to Sweden to trace our ancestry. My Great Grand Father was from around Lund.

I don't know about Tinder but Sweden should be quite good place to live. I live in Finland and Sweden is our wealthier, happier and sweeter neighbor. Messing with cars is easier there as yearly taxes are close to nothing and modifying laws aren't very strict.
My friend who has been working in Sweden as governmental official told me that most of their laws are set so that no-one wouldn't be seriously pissed off by anything (pissed off wasn't the actual term he used but it doesn't have totally equivalent word in English).
And Swedish people like to party and have fun. Here we usually just get together and get smashed. "Drunk guy stabs another after an argument in an apartment" is very common headline in our newspapers.
Sweden is full of old American cars and they seem to be still importing more and more. Their language is quite easy to learn (if you know English). But for Finnish people most of their foods tastes terrible as nearly everything is so sweet. Maybe not the sour herring but that is probably regarded as chemical weapon in other countries.
And their beer isn't very good either (this isn't my personal opinion as beer is always good). This might be biggest obstacle for many even if girls would be pretty.
Winter is quite cold in Sweden too but south Sweden actually extends pretty south. The south Sweden doesn't get much snow at all. Did you know that the Scania (bus/truck manufacturer) means Skåne (south most region of Sweden) in Swedish?

Grand Rapids, MI. There are 3 or 4 colleges here, so that helps.
